Dr.
Carsten Trinitis
Carsten Trinitis, born 1965, received his diploma in Electrical
Engineering from
Technische Universitaet
Muenchen in 1990. In 1992, he received a diploma in
Environmental Engineering from the same university. In 1998 he received his PhD in
Electrical Engineering from TU Muenchen. From February 1998 to October 1998 he
worked with
MCG GmbH, a small company specializing in networking installation
based on SGI
and SUN hardware. From November to December 1998 he worked als a
postdoctoral
research assistant at Lehrstuhl für
Rechnertechnik und
Rechnerorganisation
(Prof. Dr. A. Bode) of TU München.
From
1999 – 2001 he worked as a development engineer with FORCE Computers
GmbH, now Motorola GmbH in Neubiberg
near Munich. Since 2001 Dr. Trinitis
is an
Assistant
Professor for technical computer science at Lehrstuhl
für Rechnertechnik
und Rechnerorganisation (Prof. Dr. A. Bode) at TU München; 2005 he was promoted
to Senior Scientist.
Since October 2002 he is also an Assistant Professor for history of
computing at the
German Armed Forces University, Neubiberg near
Munich.
In
Mai 2005 Dr. Trinitis gave lectures as a visiting
professor at the university of
Lomza, Poland.
